WHO AM I?

I am an independent artists working from a very small studio. I majored in fine art in High School and Basic Design in college. I then became a Emergency Room RN in a trauma center for 28 years, an a mother of two. Those years were not totally deficient in art creations but they occured through different outlets.

When I retired I went back to creating on a full time/ part time basis (my goal is to create about 4 hours per day). I also wish to live each day to it’s fullest as I am the one creating my schedule.

As you may gather from my body of work I love to spend time in nature, this sometimes gets in the way of painting while suppling many new subject references.

I have studied with Brenda Stonehouse, Bijan Ghalhpardaz, and Ceasar Santandar, along with many workshops by Angela Hardy. I am a member of several art Guilds: London Community Artists, St.Thomas Art Guild, Lambeth Art Association and Port Stanley Art Guild.

As you can see my main medium is Acrylic painting, I am trying to increase my abilities in Watercolor and Alcohol Ink. I would like very much like to get back into sculpture works and maybe begin to publish some of my Photographs. I would like to be able to try all mediums before my days of creating end.

LIVE EVERY LIFE TO IT’S FULLEST, BY DOING WHAT GIVES JOY TO YOU AND THOSE AROUND YOU.
